Responsibilities:

  • Drive IP roadmap planning across multiple tracks and ensure consistency in processes.
  • Lead meetings with technical leads to compile status updates and prepare executive summaries.
  • Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities, summarizing complex data into actionable insights.
  • Track deliverables and timelines, ensuring alignment across teams on customer requirements.
  • Manage risks to milestone delivery and coordinate across teams to resolve blockers.
  • Oversee financial aspects related to IP licensing and vendor coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in relevant fields with 3+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in CPU and SOC design, with a history of delivering successful products.
  • Experience with IP quality assurance and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools.
