Principal Software Engineering Manager

This role is based in Vancouver, Canada, with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).

Compensation:

CAD $142,400 - CAD $257,500 per year

Responsibilities:

• Guide project and release plans, collaborating with project managers.
• Lead architectural discussions and product designs.
• Manage software engineering teams, focusing on employee growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 4+ years in technical leadership roles.

Tech stack:

Web technologies including React and WebGL, with potential contributions to native applications for PC, Mac, and mobile.
