Responsibilities:

  • Lead the use of AI tools and practices across the software development lifecycle.
  • Coach the team on engineering health measures and AI tool experimentation.
  • Guide machine learning/data extraction and transformation processes.
  • Conduct incident retrospectives and implement preventive actions.
  • Ensure code quality and adherence to design specifications.
  • Drive project plans and ensure security compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of technical experience.
  • Preferred: Master's Degree with 8+ years of experience or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of people management experience.
