Principal Software Engineering Manager, M365 Copilot

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement for in-office work 3 days a week.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead the M365 Copilot App middle-tier service.
• Design and implement APIs, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with partner teams to enhance application capabilities.
• Improve software reliability, scalability, performance, and security.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
• 4+ years of technical leadership in web services using Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python.
