USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.
  • Attract and retain great people; invest in their growth.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and deliver new features.
  • Oversee partnerships with stakeholders to determine user requirements.
  • Communicate new standards to ensure product development meets customer needs.
  • Foster cross-team communications to drive results.
  • Provide technical leadership in analyzing complex data and metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Preferred: Master's Degree and 8+ years of experience or equivalent.
  • Experience with database systems and cloud product development is a plus.

Tech stack:

Experience with PostgreSQL, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure management.
