This role is based in Redmond, Washington, requiring in-office work 3 days a week.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in the US and Latin America.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership including architecture, design, and code reviews.
  • Drive AI-based solutions and innovation in software development.
  • Collaborate with product management and cross-company teams.
  • Foster a healthy and inclusive team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Experience as an engineering manager with a passion for coaching and mentoring.
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure and live site operations.
