This role is based in Redmond, Washington, requiring in-office work 3 days a week.
Compensation:
USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers in the US and Latin America.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership including architecture, design, and code reviews.
- Drive AI-based solutions and innovation in software development.
- Collaborate with product management and cross-company teams.
- Foster a healthy and inclusive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience as an engineering manager with a passion for coaching and mentoring.
- Experience in cloud infrastructure and live site operations.
