Principal Software Engineering Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, requiring 3 days a week in-office attendance.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Own system architecture efforts for complex products and explore new technologies.
• Establish best practices for testing strategies and security validation.
• Lead teams in producing maintainable code and resolving development blockers.
• Direct project planning for resource management and ensure security compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• 6+ years of people management experience.
