Principal Software Engineering Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on technical leadership, collaborate across teams, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality code delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of technical engineering experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
