Principal Software Engineering Manager

This role is based in the United States with remote work options available.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Partner with teams to create the vision and drive the strategy for key Azure experiences.
• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and performant systems to support experiences.
• Work with leadership to drive product decisions based on architecture knowledge and customer scenarios.
• Emphasize quality, security, performance, scalability, usability, and accessibility.
• Collaborate in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with coding in languages such as HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ASP.NET, Node.js, REST APIs.
• 4+ years of people management experience preferred.
