Principal Strategy Program Manager - Land Acquisition/Land Development

This role is based in London, UK, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of strategies for permitting and regulatory compliance across the EMEA region.
• Partner with Government Affairs to influence external policy environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and support integrated delivery planning.
• Identify systemic risks and design proactive mitigation strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders to drive consensus on strategic priorities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in strategic affairs, regulatory policy, or infrastructure development.
• Strong understanding of land acquisition and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence policy in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
