This role is based in Vancouver, Canada, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office.
Compensation:
CAD $142,400 - CAD $257,500 per year
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define program requirements and priorities.
- Develop and execute plans for complex cross-functional programs.
- Coordinate teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project progress.
- Seek opportunities to improve and automate processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience in engineering or program management.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and taking products to market.
- Strong technical and program management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
