This role is based in Vancouver, Canada, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office.

Compensation:

CAD $142,400 - CAD $257,500 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define program requirements and priorities.
  • Develop and execute plans for complex cross-functional programs.
  • Coordinate teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project progress.
  • Seek opportunities to improve and automate processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience in engineering or program management.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and taking products to market.
  • Strong technical and program management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
