This role is based in Redmond, Washington with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Overview:

As a Principal TPM, you will drive high-risk initiatives across Microsoft Entra, focusing on geographic expansion and operational readiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead complex technical programs with broad organizational impact.
  • Drive initiatives for availability, scalability, and security.
  • Translate ambiguous problems into clear strategies and execution plans.
  • Align senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.
  • Establish scalable processes and mentor senior TPMs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in engineering or program management.
  • 3+ years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Preferred: 8–10+ years leading large-scale technical programs.
