Compensation:
USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year
Overview:
Help drive high-impact engineering projects, transforming customer missions using AI and cloud solutions. Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and designers.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design complex technical solutions.
- Define success criteria and ensure alignment across projects.
- Track project schedules and lead governance programs.
- Drive continuous improvements and validate use cases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering or program management.
- 3+ years managing cross-functional projects.
- 1+ year of coding experience preferred.
