Compensation:
USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic and operational programs to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to design solutions and manage complex projects.
- Track project schedules, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Drive continuous improvements and collect performance metrics.
- Define program vision and execution plans in collaboration with partner teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
- 3+ years managing cross-functional projects.
- Ability to meet security screening requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience.
- 8+ years managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience with coding and technical documentation.
