Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic and operational programs to enhance scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to design solutions and manage complex projects.
  • Track project schedules, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Drive continuous improvements and collect performance metrics.
  • Define program vision and execution plans in collaboration with partner teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • 3+ years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • 8+ years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with coding and technical documentation.
