Compensation:
USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year
Responsibilities:
- Translate early-stage research into shippable cloud AI capabilities.
- Partner with researchers and Azure engineering teams to drive execution.
- Manage relationships with external hardware and software suppliers.
- Define success criteria for moving research prototypes to general availability.
- Own program structure end-to-end, including roadmap and schedule.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience in engineering or program management.
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Preferred: Master’s or PhD in a relevant field and understanding of optics/photonics.
