This role is based in the United States with remote work options available.

Compensation:

USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Translate early-stage research into shippable cloud AI capabilities.
  • Partner with researchers and Azure engineering teams to drive execution.
  • Manage relationships with external hardware and software suppliers.
  • Define success criteria for moving research prototypes to general availability.
  • Own program structure end-to-end, including roadmap and schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience in engineering or program management.
  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Preferred: Master’s or PhD in a relevant field and understanding of optics/photonics.
