Product Manager 2

This role is based in Noida, India.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic initiatives leveraging AI & Machine Learning to enhance service efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform resilience and operational effectiveness.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and drive measurable impact across service reliability and cost efficiency.
• Champion automation and AI investments to scale operational performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development.
• Strong technical background in service architecture and platform engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle cross-group collaboration.
