- Manage operational escalations and stakeholder communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 2+ years of technical experience.
- Proven success in commercial SaaS partnerships.
- Experience with AI orchestration and cloud services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
