Program Manager, Background Screening

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Governance and oversight of Microsoft’s background screening programs.
• Partner with HR, Legal, and screening suppliers to manage adjudication processes.
• Identify and mitigate security risks related to background screening.
• Maintain documentation standards and support continuous improvement of screening processes.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in background screening program management or related governance roles.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to corporate security.
• Office presence of minimum 3 days per week.
