Program Manager

This role is based in London, United Kingdom, with remote work options available.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the trusted technical advisor and strategic partner to customers, driving confidence in Microsoft’s AI capabilities and accelerating adoption.
• Own executive-level relationships across customers and Microsoft, bridging engineering and business to deliver outcomes and unblock challenges.
• Co-innovate with customers on AI strategy and solution architectures, guiding implementation to achieve measurable business goals for AI transformation.
• Unblock product gaps and issues with informed recommendations; influence product and engineering leaders to prioritize product investments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field.
• Customer-facing experience in a direct customer-facing role or customer-engaged product role.
• Product development and/or solution architecture experience.
