This role is based in Redmond, WA, with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office.

Compensation:

USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver enablement resources for Talent Acquisition leaders.
  • Lead organic social media strategies and execute data-driven campaigns.
  • Translate campaign data into narratives that demonstrate impact.
  • Build relationships with talent communities to convert interest into applicants.
  • Manage agency relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of integrated marketing experience.
  • 10+ years in talent acquisition marketing for a large technology company preferred.
