Compensation:

USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year

Overview:

The Infrastructure Legal Affairs team is seeking a Senior Business Program Manager to enhance legal engagement processes using Microsoft’s AI technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives related to Azure Hardware and Systems Infrastructure workflows.
  • Collaborate with legal team members to develop execution strategies.
  • Support governance models for decision-making and risk escalation.
  • Ensure smooth rollout of process changes through documentation and training.
  • Collaborate across teams including engineering, business, and finance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field with 6+ years of experience in program management.
  • Master's Degree with 8+ years or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in managing legal operations and navigating cross-functional structures.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SharePoint, PowerBI, and Excel.
