Senior Data Engineer

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement of 3 days in-office work per week.

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust ETL/ELT workflows for structured and unstructured data.
• Build distributed data processing systems using technologies such as Spark, Azure Data Lake, and Synapse.
• Monitor and optimize data pipelines for efficiency and scalability.
• Develop low/no-code dashboards and data-driven applications for self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 3+ or 4+ years of experience respectively.
• Experience in building distributed data processing systems.
• Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
