Senior Executive Recruiter, Client Aligned

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office.

Compensation:

USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle executive search for senior Engineering leaders.
• Build and manage talent pipelines through strategic sourcing.
• Partner with senior technical leaders to define talent needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• 2+ years of executive recruiting experience.
• Proven program management skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
