Compensation:
USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle executive search for senior Engineering leaders.
- Build and manage talent pipelines through strategic sourcing.
- Partner with senior technical leaders to define talent needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of talent acquisition experience.
- 2+ years of executive recruiting experience.
- Proven program management skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
