Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end hardware programs from requirements through launch, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement features for Azure hardware.
  • Provide clear program updates and insights to leadership.
  • Track product and program performance using key metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, or product development.
  • 4+ years of experience leading programs in cloud hardware infrastructure product development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of end-to-end hardware product development experience.
  • Proven track record of successful program management and cross-functional leadership.
