Compensation:
USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop quantization and numerics kernels for efficient LLM deployment.
- Drive software development and model optimization tooling.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and improve quantized LLM architectures.
- Prototype low-precision data formats and evaluate on hardware accelerators.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to optimize model architecture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field with relevant industry experience.
- Experience in high-performance ML systems and GPU kernel development.
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C, and C++.
