Senior ML Software Engineer - Quantization & Numerics

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop quantization and numerics kernels for efficient LLM deployment.
• Drive software development and model optimization tooling.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and improve quantized LLM architectures.
• Prototype low-precision data formats and evaluate on hardware accelerators.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to optimize model architecture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field with relevant industry experience.
• Experience in high-performance ML systems and GPU kernel development.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C, and C++.
