Compensation:

CAD $114,400 - CAD $203,900 per year

Overview:

The Collaborative Experience Design (CxD) Studio seeks a Senior Product Design Producer to drive operational excellence and support leadership in Research and Content Engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, supporting planning and prioritization.
  • Lead planning processes and translate executive vision into actionable roadmaps.
  • Facilitate working sessions to clarify complex topics.
  • Drive organizational optimization and manage strategic talent planning.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 4+ to 8+ years of experience in product or service design.
  • Experience in strategic roles supporting senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Figma, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
