Senior Product Design Producer

This role is based in Vancouver, Canada, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office.

Compensation:

CAD $114,400 - CAD $203,900 per year.

Overview:

The Collaborative Experience Design (CxD) Studio seeks a Senior Product Design Producer to empower designers through effective design operations and process development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional planning and execution.
• Partner with project leadership to align milestone delivery with organizational objectives.
• Drive clarity of ownership and accountability for key deliverables.
• Define and operationalize effective team rhythms.
• Shape and contribute to strategic planning cycles.
• Develop and lead communication strategies.
• Advocate for project management best practices.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with significant experience in product or service design.
• Proven track record in research operations and project management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
