Senior Product Designer

This role is based in Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user experiences for Dynamics 365 Customer Service features.
• Translate product requirements and user needs into clear interaction flows and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define requirements.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 4+ or 5+ years of experience in product or service design.
• Experience at the intersection of design, AI, and systems thinking.
• Knowledge of ML, AI, and tools like Figma and GitHub Co-Pilot is preferred.
