Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Mojang’s internal experimentation platform and support multiple product teams.
  • Establish Experimentation Center of Excellence and promote best practices.
  • Develop a roadmap for experimentation capabilities in collaboration with engineering and data science teams.
  • Provide coaching and consultancy for product teams on experimentation.
  • Drive business-critical outcomes across multiple product areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • Experience in taking a product to market and improving product metrics.
  • 4+ years leading experimentation programs.
