Responsibilities:

Own the long-term storage roadmap for Azure VMware Solution, covering performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with AVS engineering and VMware teams to enhance vSAN performance and datastore reliability.
Conduct customer research to identify gaps in AVS storage experiences and adjust product strategies accordingly.
Define KPIs for storage performance and monitor the performance of Azure VMware solutions.
Drive execution across multiple partner teams and ensure alignment with roadmap goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
Min 2 years of hands-on experience working in Cloud Storage solutions (NetApp, Pure Storage, GCP, AWS, Azure).
