Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the strategy and feature iteration roadmap for core tools and capabilities of the PowerPoint Agent.
  • Identify user pain points and opportunities through market research and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, applied science, and marketing teams to build and refine AI-driven features.
  • Translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly experiences.
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on user data.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and ethical guidelines for AI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 4+ years of technical experience in coding.
  • 5+ years of experience in data-driven product development.
  • Proven track record of launching AI or machine learning features.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
