Compensation:
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the strategy and feature iteration roadmap for core tools and capabilities of the PowerPoint Agent.
- Identify user pain points and opportunities through market research and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, applied science, and marketing teams to build and refine AI-driven features.
- Translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly experiences.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on user data.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and ethical guidelines for AI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 4+ years of technical experience in coding.
- 5+ years of experience in data-driven product development.
- Proven track record of launching AI or machine learning features.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
