The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the strategy and feature iteration roadmap for core tools and capabilities of the PowerPoint Agent.
  • Identify user pain points and opportunities through market research and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, applied science, and marketing teams to build innovative AI-driven features.
  • Translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly experiences.
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on user data.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and ethical guidelines for AI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Data-driven decision making and experience defining success metrics.
  • Experience in developing features based on interaction design principles.
