We are looking for Product Managers passionate about building customer-centric security products and experiences. In this role, you will help define product vision and strategy, collaborate closely with engineering and design teams, engage directly with customers, and deliver solutions that solve complex security and identity challenges at enterprise scale. Our teams are building the next generation of security capabilities across identity, governance, access management, risk management, compliance, security operations, and emerging technologies. You will have the opportunity to shape products that serve millions of users worldwide while working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

•    Define and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for security and identity-related products and services.•    Partner closely with engineering, design, research, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative customer-facing solutions.•    Engage customers and partners to understand needs, validate scenarios, gather feedback, and inform product decisions.•    Translate customer, market, and business opportunities into clear product requirements and execution plans.•    Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes.•    Prioritize investments and features based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic goals.•    Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and communicate results and impact to leadership.•    Support go-to-market efforts by partnering with marketing, sales, and business teams to drive adoption and customer success.•    Identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges across security, identity, governance, compliance, access management, and related technology domains.•    Foster a culture of innovation, customer obsession, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, software development, or a related technical field
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience delivering customer-facing products in partnership with engineering teams.
  • Strong product strategy, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience translating customer needs into product decisions and execution.
  • Knowledge of identity, security, governance, compliance, cloud security, or Microsoft Security/Entra technologies.
  • End-to-end UX experience
  • AI-native PM experience

Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,800 - $219,200 per year.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
