Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product strategy and execution for contact center voice capabilities, including cloud telephony and AI-powered voice experiences.
  • Drive adoption and customer satisfaction by understanding contact center workflows and enterprise voice requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver reliable, scalable voice solutions.
  • Utilize customer insights and market feedback to prioritize investments and improve product quality.
  • Act as a product leader and subject-matter expert for contact center voice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
  • Preferred: 8+ years experience in product management, especially in contact center or CCaaS environments.
