Responsibilities:
- Engage clients to understand their needs and drive M365 Copilot and E5 product adoption.
- Deliver business value through direct interactions with CXO-level clients.
- Manage pre-sales, project planning, deployment, and change management.
- Prepare and present customer details in regional Customer Review Meetings.
- Provide technical enablement using Microsoft 365 products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years in technical program management.
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience.
- Hands-on experience with M365 products and business-level proficiency in Japanese.
