Senior Program Manager

This position is based in Switzerland with multiple locations available.

Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver FastTrack’s customer and partner experience.
• Provide architectural guidance to help customers identify and mitigate risks.
• Improve the FastTrack for Dynamics 365 experience by collaborating with colleagues.
• Evangelize the FastTrack Program internally and externally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Dynamics 365 implementation and customer-facing roles.
• Domain skills in Professional Services, Public Sector, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Retail.
• Understanding of Azure technologies.

Work Environment:

3 days/week in-office with occasional travel expected.
