This role is based in Redmond, Washington.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and operate high-scale services for Microsoft Teams' core messaging infrastructure.
  • Apply advanced AI tools to enhance development workflows and system scalability.
  • Collaborate on feature design to drive user growth and engagement.
  • Ensure high standards of availability, reliability, and performance.
  • Define new designs and architectures to empower teams across Microsoft.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of experience in coding languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Preferred: Master's Degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years in relevant coding languages.
  • Experience with Service Fabric or Kubernetes, large-scale distributed systems, and M365 components.

Tech stack:

.NET Core, Azure Cosmos DB, Redis, Event Hubs.
