Senior Software Engineer - CTJ - Poly

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Overview:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop foundational cloud services and tools that support Microsoft's cloud datacenters.

Responsibilities:

• Translate user requirements into robust designs and align solutions with security standards.
• Own complex components end-to-end, producing maintainable and performant code.
• Lead incident response and improve service reliability through enhanced telemetry.
• Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) assets for secure provisioning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
