Responsibilities:

  • Develop sourcing and contracting strategies with General Contractors for data center construction projects.
  • Lead execution of contracts ensuring compliance with scope and commercial terms.
  • Drive contractor performance management and ensure adherence to contract requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Construction, Engineering, and Legal.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with significant experience in supply chain, project management, or data analytics.
  • Experience in data center supply chain and procurement, including contract negotiation and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex commercial structures.
