Compensation:
USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year
Overview:
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with global product, engineering, and feature teams to enhance overall Teams quality and stability.
Responsibilities:
- Define the roadmap for engineering systems that support service onboarding, release safety, experimentation, and reliability.
- Lead platform investments to improve engineering productivity and incident prevention.
- Influence architectural decisions across engineering infrastructure.
- Enable engineering teams to safely build and operate services at scale.
- Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering or technical program management.
- 2+ years managing cross-functional projects.
Preferred:
- 8+ years of experience in engineering or technical program management.
- Experience delivering engineering infrastructure at scale.
- Understanding of distributed systems reliability.
