This role is based in Redmond, Washington.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Overview:

As the Engineering Manager for the Eval Tooling team, you will lead efforts to transform how AI quality is tested and measured across ODSP Experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Define and drive technical strategy for evaluation frameworks and metrics.
• Collaborate with AI feature teams to embed evaluation into workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years of technical experience.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience with engineering tooling or evaluation development.
