Software Engineering Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, requiring in-office work 3 days a week.

Compensation:

USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the service with accountability.
• Enhance resiliency, reduce latency, and ensure product reliability.
• Lead engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Formulate and prioritize engineering plans and foster collaboration.
• Establish an inclusive team culture and mentor engineers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience in technical engineering.
• 5+ years experience in designing and operating scalable cloud services.
• 3+ years experience in reliability and operational efficiency.
