Solution Engineer

This position is based in Munich, Germany, with a requirement of 2 days per week in-office and travel expectations of 50-75%.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate the impact of Microsoft Copilot solutions and demonstrate product benefits.
• Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, identifying new opportunities and driving value.
• Provide technical input to shape account strategies and resolve challenges.
• Design solutions by understanding customer needs and differentiating Microsoft offerings.
• Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot and related technologies.
• Collaborate with partners to co-create solutions.
• Work with engineering and sales teams to accelerate AI adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in technical pre-sales or consulting experience.
• 2 years of experience in technical pre-sales or technology delivery preferred.
• Experience with cloud infrastructures and architecture designs is a plus.
