Overview:
The Sr. Business Program Manager - HLS Customer Experience Platform (CXP) is a senior individual contributor and trusted strategic partner to the General Manager, Healthcare Delivery Services & Partner Success. This role is accountable for driving operational rigor, execution excellence, and cross-functional alignment across a complex, global Healthcare services and partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Own and run the business operating cadence, including leadership forums, reviews, and executive rhythms.
- Lead complex, cross-geo, cross-functional initiatives spanning services delivery transformation, partner readiness, and go-to-market execution.
- Produce executive-grade insights and narratives for leadership consumption.
- Coordinate across Global SI and CSP partners to ensure readiness and execution.
- Influence senior stakeholders across various teams and resolve friction to maintain momentum.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Business Program Management or Strategy & Operations roles at enterprise scale.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive audiences.
- Healthcare and Life Sciences experience preferred.
