Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Overview:

Microsoft’s CELA Compliance & Ethics team seeks a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of programs related to compliance investigations, fraud detection, and AI-assisted legal operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver complex cross-functional technical programs.
  • Define program scope, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead programs that operationalize AI/ML models for compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to privacy and security governance requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering or program management.
  • 2+ years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Preferred: 8+ years experience and familiarity with compliance frameworks.
