This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office.
Compensation:
USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering and hardware teams to integrate firmware plans into execution.
- Oversee development and validation of new hardware SKUs.
- Define firmware requirements for Azure hardware through partner engagement.
- Lead efforts to address security vulnerabilities and manage project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years in engineering or technical program management.
- Experience with Datacenter Racks & BMC preferred.
- Knowledge of firmware development and agile project management methodologies.
