This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering and hardware teams to integrate firmware plans into execution.
  • Oversee development and validation of new hardware SKUs.
  • Define firmware requirements for Azure hardware through partner engagement.
  • Lead efforts to address security vulnerabilities and manage project timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years in engineering or technical program management.
  • Experience with Datacenter Racks & BMC preferred.
  • Knowledge of firmware development and agile project management methodologies.
