Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-value support services to customers, addressing technical issues and understanding their business needs.
  • Collaborate with global support engineers and development teams to deliver technical solutions.
  • Utilize debugging skills and troubleshooting tools to analyze and resolve customer issues.
  • Contribute to product quality improvement by providing feedback from customer interactions.
  • Engage in knowledge sharing and mentoring of new engineers.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of technical support or IT experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field with 1+ year of experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.

Tech Stack:

Azure App Services, Azure Monitoring, .NET, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and various programming languages including C#, Java, and Python.
