Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support through phone and web channels.
  • Collaborate with engineers and managers globally to deliver technical services.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues using various tools and techniques.
  • Contribute to product quality improvement by providing feedback.
  • Engage in mentoring and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of technical support or consulting experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities in both Japanese and English.

Tech stack:

  • Azure App Services, .NET, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio.
  • Experience with programming languages such as C#, Java, Python.
