Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of product experts to resolve complex customer technical issues.
• Manage Technical Support delivery and act as an escalation point for support engineers.
• Ensure team readiness with the necessary technical skills and collaborate with partner teams.
• Drive product and process improvements based on customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in operational excellence or related fields.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft cloud services/products such as Azure and SQL Server.
