This position is based in Redmond, WA, with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead AI-first ideation and delivery of digital engagement experiences.
  • Manage complex cross-functional initiatives and partnerships.
  • Define success metrics for programs under your ownership.
  • Collaborate with engineering to shape product roadmaps.
  • Create user stories and technical requirements for development.
  • Use Azure DevOps to manage backlogs and track work items.
  • Design and run Business Value Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Drive customer supportability through documentation and guidance.
  • Continuously improve processes and uphold delivery excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering or program management.
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
