This position is based in Redmond, WA, with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office.
Compensation:
USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead AI-first ideation and delivery of digital engagement experiences.
- Manage complex cross-functional initiatives and partnerships.
- Define success metrics for programs under your ownership.
- Collaborate with engineering to shape product roadmaps.
- Create user stories and technical requirements for development.
- Use Azure DevOps to manage backlogs and track work items.
- Design and run Business Value Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Drive customer supportability through documentation and guidance.
- Continuously improve processes and uphold delivery excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering or program management.
- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
